Merchant Agreement

1. Overview
This Merchant Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the FromNear platform by merchants ("you", "Merchant") to list, promote, and sell goods or services. By proceeding and creating your shop, you explicitly agree to these terms with Closeen Online Commerce Private Limited.
2. Merchant Obligations
Merchants are responsible for providing accurate inventory data, setting competitive prices, and ensuring order fulfillment within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You must uphold local laws and regulations concerning consumer rights, quality standards, and taxation.
3. Fees and Payouts
FromNear operates on the fee structures presented during onboarding. We reserve the right to deduct commission, delivery, and payment processing fees directly from sales revenues. Payout balances will be settled periodically to your designated bank account (via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Merchant accounts that repeatedly violate consumer trust, dispute fulfillment norms, sell prohibited items, or engage in potentially fraudulent activity.
